Today marks the beginning of keto madness. I have successfully in the past lost ~60 lbs. in 7 months with keto and felt like I was a well oiled machine that could take over the world. Due to some serious weakness on my part I gave up on it for 7-11 cherry pies, pasta, and bread in all its variances. I am ready to get back to an Erika that has energy and fits into some seriously hot outfits. I spent quite a few hours yesterday cooking shit tons of meals that I then packaged in ziploc bags and froze. This will now be a ritual done once a week that I do to ensure my success. Being busy or even simply being lazy has screwed me before. Now I am planning ahead and preparing for the fact that I am normally the person that is in my own way. I will get back to keto and making the most delicious meals!
